Health Conditions & Rehabilitation
We specialise in exercise that promotes the management of medical conditions, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, in addition to, exercise for the improvement of movement and function for people experiencing musculoskeletal issues and injuries that affect balance, posture and the ability to perform everyday activities.
Building Self Esteem & Exercise Confidence
We offer a personal, non-intimidating environment with caring trainers that strive to help our new, younger, older and apprehensive members alike to create a positive relationship with exercise.
Training Technique & Mastery
From a basic squat to more advanced movements involving disciplines, such as boxing, yoga and strength training. We use our knowledge and understanding of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology to emphasise and reinforce the learning and adoption of good safe and effective exercise techniques.
Levels of Support and Sessions Avaialble
One to One Personal Training
Our one to one personal training sessions provides our highest level of support. We provide structure and accountability to help you develop your fitness and also maintain it for the long term. We also will work with you through every step of your session, tracking and monitoring your training and making adjustments where necessary to ensure you are progressing and exercising at the correct intensity for you.
Independent Gym Training Sessions
Our dedicated independent training sessions are available at flexible times throughout the week. They offer members who are confident exercising independently, the opportunity to continue progressing their fitness in a safe and effective manner with trainer supervision.
Small-Group Classes
Our classes aim to address the most common needs expressed by our members. These include, but are not limited to, improving heart and respiratory function and muscular strength, reducing muscle stiffness and helping perform activities of daily living with more ease, strength and confidence.
Home & Online Programs
Our dedicated exercise programs can also be designed personalised to be followed at home via a written plan, follow-along video or online coaching. This is a bespoke service and is suited to people who are unable to access our studio on a regular basis.
